The English version of this privacy policy is the legal document. The German version is intended to support German language speakers but cannot be guaranteed to be free from errors. Please refer to the English version as the correct and up-to-date version.

 

  • When you enter our website, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This is built into the Squarespace platform which runs our site and is only viewed by us as analytics — geographies, keywords searched before entering (Google Search), device — and other information of this nature. We also install a technical cookie from Elfsight Apps that allows us to provide a German translation to users — the cookie is used to track user sessions for billing purposes on our side.
    Email marketing (if you register): With your permission, we may send you emails about our company updates if you join our mailing list.

  • How do you get my consent?

    Unfortunately, our providers do not give users an opportunity to opt-out of these basic analytics. Besides those mentioned above, we collect no personal information that isn’t provided voluntarily — i.e. by signing up in a contact form, using the in-built chat or emailing us directly.

  • Our website is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online website platform that allows us to deliver our website to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

  • In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
